I connected my mobile phone with my laptop with WIFI router because I don’t have home WIFI, and when I put password to printer on laptop from my personal hotspot it says it can’t connect. I’m very frustrated. I am doing this for third day now and I already wanted to turn it back. Connecting printers to network can be challenging and I feel for customer who goes through this all the time ,which is part of the reason to write about this to help other.
What you need to do is
Open Control panel on your PC
Go to Network and Internet
Go to Network Connections
In related settings go to “Change Adapter options” Right Click on wireless network connection” and go to properties.#
Click configure and then Advance. In properties, “802.11n Preamble”, selected, select value “mixed mode”
And click ok and click done.
