This printer provides printing up to 4800 x 1200 dpi, with a speed of up to 15ipm for a mono-print and 10ipm colour printing. Automatic double-sided printing allows you to print on both sides of the page, saving both money and resources. As well as the standard A4 paper size, other sizes can be used, including A5, B5 and letter. A maximum of 100 paper sheets or 20 photo sheets can fit into the input paper tray at a time. Other sources can be printed on, including different printer papers, iron-on transfers, printable discs and fine art paper.
How to scan your document, print, and share to email
- Stick your document on the scanner
- Go to Canon in your mobile phone.
- Search and click on TS8300series
- Once done, you will see commands like scan, print copy documents (click on scan document)
- Select, the particular setting desired (PDF)
- Select colour you want
- Select paper size
- The next thing you will do select scan. (and that’s all it will scan the documents on the scanner)
- And if you want to scan another document just put it on the scanner and click add. And do the same steps. You can keep doing this for any amount of document desired to be scanned.
- After done click exit
- Scan result has been saved “click ok”
- And if you want to print, go back and select share, then locate the printer model number and click next
- Select page numbers to be printer
- Select size, colour, and then click print. (starts printing)
- If you want share the document, click on share. (You can share via WhatsApp, Bluetooth, email and many more platforms.)
- Click on send to email, then type the email address and the subject and then send.
- Click the image and download to be able to view
- You can also print from your email by selecting print and selecting printer type then print.
- Select colour, choose the desire side to print. And go on with your printing.
You can cancel any operation from your mobile phone or from the LCD screen.
