Where is Boohoo located?
Boohoo is located in Manchester, England. The company was founded by Mahmud Kamani and Ozi Amin in 2011 and has since grown to be one of largest online retailers in Europe. This past January, online retail giant Amazon purchased Luxury New Look for £750 million (US$1 billion). Not too bad for an internet start-up that started out as small business operation where British designer Mahmud Kamani would meet customers after school at his parent’s grocery store in Manchester, England.
Is Boohoo sizing true to size?
I’m not sure if it’s my imagination or not, but I feel like clothing sizes are constantly changing. If you follow trends and fashion, chances are you probably have a pretty good sense of what size you wear for most brands and items. But is your size consistent across all brands, including online retailers? My bet is probably not! In fact, one survey found that for women’s clothing sizes in particular, there was about 6 percent variation across 26 different stores. So even if you know your favorite brand runs small or large in general, it’s worth measuring an item from them before making an online purchase just to be sure.

You might have heard of boohoo. It’s a London-based fashion company with European roots (it started in 1986). You may have even seen their clothing in your local Target. In case you haven’t, here’s what you need to know: There are four boohoo brands BoohooMAN, for men; BoohooLUXE, for women; and BooGIE and BooWHO, both for kids and they sell womenswear, menswear and childrenswear in sizes S to 4XL. And that’s about it. That’s all you really need to know if you’re just browsing on their website or looking at a flyer.

The Boohoo returns policy
It is very easy to return to Boohoo if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, they have made it very easy as all you have to do is download the QR code of your return label and take it to your chosen return point, maybe post office, Hermes (now known as Evri) You have 14 days after your order is delivered to send your package back in exchange for a full refund. Log into the returns portal to process your return.
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.
- Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused with the original labels still attached.
- Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless in a sealed and unopened packet.
- Underwear and swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
- Beauty products, accessories and fashion facemasks cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors.
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If you’re cancelling your contract with us but have already received your order, you’ll need to return the item(s) to us, see how to do this below. You’ll then receive a full refund as per the policy above.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds on cosmetics and pierced jewellery or on swimwear and lingerie if the hygiene seal is not in place or has been broken.
