A lot of people struggle to change the colour of the document on the printer, depends on your printer when you wants to copy a document from your printer, you need to select black and white or colour from the printer control button. You also need to check whether your printer is Deskjet, Colour Laser or Mono Laser. With Deskjet and Colour Laser printer you can change to colour from the printer button. Mono Laser printer you can only copy black and white or print black and white on the printer even if you scan coloured document on mono laser printer
If you scan your document on Deskjet or Colour laser printer and wants to change to black and white. You need to select window start then go to file explorer, select document , then choose specific document you scanned and open it by double click on the document .
If it is open then select file on top left of the page , then scroll down to print and it would communicate to available printer .
